Activation

WinSysClean PRO must be activated before it can be used. Activation links your license key to your computer and enables all features.

Activating for the first time

When you start an unactivated copy, WinSysClean opens the Software Activation dialog.

  1. Enter your license key (the key you received when you purchased WinSysClean).
  2. Enter the e-mail address that matches the license. This field is required.
  3. Optionally enter your name and company. You can leave either field empty.
  4. Click OK.
  5. WinSysClean contacts the activation server, validates the key, and activates the product.

After activation

Once activated, WinSysClean stores your activation locally so it keeps working even if you are offline. Activation also records:

  • Updates until — the date up to which your license receives updates.
  • Active machines — your license has a limited number of activation slots (the standard license allows several machines). Each machine you activate uses one slot.

Activating while offline

If the activation server cannot be reached, WinSysClean verifies supported signed license keys locally. A valid key can activate the app temporarily so you can continue working offline. WinSysClean automatically completes the server check when the computer is online again.

Keep the e-mail address entered during offline activation. WinSysClean uses the same address when it completes activation later.

If activation fails

The dialog shows the reason the server returned — for example an invalid key, a wrong e-mail, or an expired or revoked license. Fix the input and try again. If the license itself is not valid, WinSysClean cannot run until the issue is resolved.

Re-activating on another computer

Each machine counts toward your license's activation slots. To free a slot, open Options, select Deactivate License, and confirm on the machine you no longer use. WinSysClean releases that activation slot only after the server confirms the request. You can reactivate the installation later from the same Options section.

Keeping your license healthy

  • Keep your license key and e-mail safe — you need both for activation and support.
  • WinSysClean periodically validates your license online. If a license is revoked or suspended, the app closes and asks you to contact the seller.
